I teach web design courses and have students using both Dreamweaver MX and
Dreamweaver MX 2004 [I have the software for both, but currently only have tht
MX 2004 version installed]. Is it possible to have both versions installed on
the same computer at the same time?

Thanks,

Yes, they can be installed at same time.
On windows, they can't both be open at same time.

What I have recently learned as well, is how different DW looks on Win98 and XP - same
version.

Also need to remember how DW opens up. For me, I have it to open in the site window but
others do not, so when you tell them to open DW they may be looking at differently. I
found it a real hassle setting up my client's PC with XP and trying to get the site window
to open at start-up - meaning the local and remote sides both showing.

All problems your students may face.
