I have a flash site that im adapting to HTML format and i wanna use the same home nav (its round). is there any way to create rollover images using hotspots?

Sure... use slices to contain your button areas and create alternate images
the same size. If you need a transparent background, use .png files. If
you want to match an image, use the original image and just change the
button colors.
