HI yea,
Is there a dreamweaver short cut to insert a div tag??, as in ctrl click a
button and the div is placed on the page where the cursor is.

Edit > Keyboard shortcuts

You will have to recreate the list;

But if you don't want to spend the $18, scroll down to the bottom of the
page and download the free demo extension - which contains the "DIV"
feature you are looking for :-)
