Only if you, or someone else is using Frontpage to update the site, or if
parts of the site are using FrontPage Extensions (bots).

Those are from someone using FrontPage to connect and publish the site
pages.

is ANYONE connecting to the site with FrontPage?
does the site use FrontPage webbots for anything? such as themes,
navigation, forms, etc?

then leave them be. tossing the wrong thing will ruin stuff...
